Intuitive Energy Session with Herbs & Crystals
Intuitive Herbalism and Energy Sessions include consultation time, followed by an energy session, and a quick debrief in which herbal recommendations will be shared. Energy work involves both hands-on and hands-off experiences, using Usui Reiki, Bana Reiki, Subtle Herbalism, and Daoist Stone Medicine (Crystal Acupuncture) technologies. Stones and essences will be placed on the body physically and/or energetically. Within the energy session, one may experience a deep meditative state, visualizing colors and images, feelings of warmth and cold, pulsing, energy moving like that during acupuncture, and/or a deep sleep. Herbal allies will be called into the space and will work on you energetically. Herbs and stones may want to work with you after the session, in which recommendations will be shared.
