I’ve been dealing with severe autoimmune symptoms since 2012, and in looking back at my health journey I know it started long before then. What triggered the response was mold and tick exposure, combined with life stressors and viral infections. In 2018 a blood test also revealed toxic levels of xylene in my blood (still don’t know the source).
Fatigue, joint pain and hyper mobility, hair loss, all over body pain, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes, lung struggles, chemical and food sensitivities… the list goes on.
About 3.5 years ago I started using the LifeWave® patches. I was skeptical when initially hearing about, and a dear friend and colleague with similar medical struggles was using them with success. I decided to order after 3 months of research and contemplation. I ordered them sometime either just before or while I had C-virus for the first time. After 10 days of isolation and many supplements, I was still exhausted, could barely walk up the stairs, no sense of smell/taste. I was getting ready to go to work and was thinking I didn’t know how I was going to get through the day. That morning my DHL package with my patches arrived, which was a miracle in itself as usually deliveries are after I leave for work. I put the x39 patch on at the base of my neck, and immediately felt energetic movement in my spine. That day I had energy for the first time and made it through my whole day of work.
These patches have changed my life!
All symptoms have improved from increased energy, focus, less pain, increased lung capacity, hair growth, improved skin texture and firmness, better sleep, more balanced hormones. The list goes on!! And I love the patches for acute conditions. This was the first year I have not had a full-blown cold, flu, or autoimmune flare!!!

It increases organ function, reduces oxidative stress while increasing antioxidants, stimulates the frontal lobes of the brain, and activates the pineal gland. It also increases mental clarity and focus and is great for sleep. It has also been shown to lengthen telomeres. This is considered the third strongest patch next to x39 and x49.

Carnosine is part of the Y-age trio, and is for tissue repair and healing, and longevity. Also beneficial for heart and blood sugar issues. Great for burns, lumps, bumps, clots, bruises, lacerations, as well as neuro and cognition issues.

Use on acupuncture points bilaterally for nausea, reflux, improved digestion; to strengthen and tonify organs as well as to drain dampness and phlegm; increases Qi (chi) or vital life force energy in organs. This is a great patch to have in your first-aid kit!!

ICEWAVE is for acute pain and inflammation; calms headaches, migraines, pain from tense muscles, pinched nerves, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, stiffness, etc. Use anywhere there is heat, swelling and pain. Similar to BLUE laser.

Silent Night regulates sleep through melatonin production. It slows brain waves to better prepare for bed and promotes a delta state for deep restful sleep. It's also great for calming hyperactive children. Improves length of sleep and quality of sleep by 66%. Melatonin is also an antioxidant known to have anticancer properties.
Many of the protocols can interchange Alavida and Silent Nights. I usually use Alavida.
